Run!
I never remember being so busy in my life. These days I’m always on the run. Straight Cappadonna, Ghostface, NORE shit.
My schedule now is pretty much work, school, homework, music, and girlfriend. I don’t really do too much music during the week anymore. I gotta somehow maintain/approve my gpa and keep my music going.
I’ve been ultra productive on the music tip lately though. I’ve been working with a new artist for the last couple months and I’m really enjoying it. All production so far is done by me.
Soon I’m going to be getting into some more RNB orientated stuff. I’m not leaving my hip hop roots though! It’ll be heavily sampled based as usual. Just a tad bit slower, sexy, and melodic.
So far I got two songs done for my EP. I actually want to post one but I’m waiting until I’m done the entire project to release anything. At the most I might throw a snippet up.
I’m revamping my home studio too. I figure it’d be a nice birthday present to me. I recently came into a nice lump sum of money and the first thing I thought about was music equipment. Ha!
Might drop the 3rd installment of my Valentines Day beat tape (you read right, it is two others). I might not. I normally make those mixes for my girlfriend and post them. Due to the low count of people who downloaded it (one person downloaded it) I may avoid uploading it.
Well in class now. I’ll post next chance I get. Until then, I’m on the run.
