Malcolm Maximillion’s Brief Introduction

I don’t know what to write or how to write about myself to introduce myself in a formal manner. So if you were looking for some collegic bio, I apologize. But what I don’t write leaves the mind to wander and the floor open for questions. By the way, my name is Malcolm.

I like to be called Malcolm Maximillion but if you must pick one, Malcolm. I’m a 20 year old college student/musician born in Paterson, New Jersey; raised in Baltimore, Maryland. My family consists of both my parents, my 3 sisters, my girlfriend of two years (we also share an awesome apartment), and a handful of friends I grew up with over the years.

I don’t know what I am musically. I like to think of myself as a hybrid. Not a rapper/producer or a producer/rapper but equally both. But if the shit counts you must know,I was rapping first, since 9, actually. I didn’t really get into the instrumental side of it until I was like 12 and asked for a guitar, which I sucked at by the way. Three years later I picked up a drum machine and the rest is history.

I’m not gonna write why people should listen to my music because I know my music can stand on its own and speak for itself. But on the other hand if you want to hear sheer honesty from someone not attempting to save hip hop, look no further. All raw shit over here. No games, no gimmicks, and no jokes (I was joking about the joke part).

I write about my life and my observations of my surroundings so if you looking for gangsta rap, wrong category. If you looking for hipster rap, wrong category. If you looking for swag rap, wrong category. Its best not to attempt to place me in a category. I’ll just put it like this. I’m trying to get you to listen to me, so I refuse to rap about things that haven’t/are not going on in my life.

So if you would be interested in hearing some music. Check this website frequently!!!!!

I probably won’t be putting up any raps anytime soon because I haven’t started recording yet but I will post beats and things I’m working on from time to time.
Keep in Touch,

Malcolm Maximillion
